Laura Textor, ACNS-BC, is a proud graduate of the Sinclair School of Nursing at the University of Mo, Columbia in 2003 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She has been a RN since 1980. Her own 25+ year experience with chronic pain led her to focus on chronic pain and all it’s dimensions in graduate school and gives her an understanding of pain that few providers have. She views patients as partners in finding a pain care solution. Laura has presented on a variety of pain topics nationally, regionally and locally. She has authored and co-authored chapters in a textbook on acute pain. Laura has an interest in pain research with the goal of changing how nurses and doctors view the person in pain. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, ASPMN, and NACNS.
Jane Stewart, RNFA is a Registered Nurse First Assistant who is a vital, integral part of our patient care, both in and out of the operating room. Bringing 20 years of surgical experience, including orthopedic and open heart surgery, she joined Dr. Rosenberg in 2009. Jane is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, the American Society for Pain Management Nursing and the Association of Operating Room Nurses. Most importantly, Jane strives on a daily basis to provide quality care with compassion and respect, wholeheartedly believing in the mission of the Center, considering it a privilege to assist patients in relieving their pain.
Hannah Watkins-Hitterman Hannah is the Medical Office Coordinator. She is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Hannah has been working for the Center for the Relief of Pain since 2011 and is the point person for the office. She dedicates her time and effort to helping our patients with all of their concerns.
Dede Kelly Dede is the newest member of our team as our insurance specialist. She comes with 17 years insurance experience. Originally from Kansas City, Dede recently returned to the area after living in Memphis, Tenn. She enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
